Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of crawlout.app (the "Service"), operated by CrawlOut ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using CrawlOut

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and provide accurate account information.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.
• You may only submit websites for CrawlOut to scan that you own, operate, or otherwise have permission to analyze.
• You won't use CrawlOut to scan, crawl, or otherwise access a website in a way that violates that site's terms, applicable law, or that is intended to overload or disrupt it.

The Service "as is"

CrawlOut's tools (SEO audits, sitemap and robots.txt generation, AI-visibility checks, and similar) are provided to help you understand and improve your website. Results are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes — we don't guarantee they are complete, error-free, or that following any recommendation will produce a specific search-ranking or business outcome.

Accounts and sign-in

You can create an account with an email and password, or with "Continue with Google." Either method gives you access to the same CrawlOut account, dashboard, and saved data. You may add a password to a Google-created account (or vice versa) using the account tools we provide — we never create two separate accounts for the same email address.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, or the rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CrawlOut's systems or another user's account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service outside of its intended features.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrawlOut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on scan results or recommendations.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
